About the Event
Join us for the Premiere Screening of Good Grief, a powerful new independent short film written and directed by Jamie Roberts, filmed entirely on location in Grimsby with a cast and crew from across the region.
More than just a film screening, this evening is an opportunity to explore the realities of grief, loss and the importance of conversation.
Following the screening, we’ll be joined by guest speakers from St Andrew’s Hospice, who will discuss bereavement support and the services available locally, along with Lee Waddingham (Acting Lincs CIC), who will speak about filmmaking and developing creative talent in Greater Lincolnshire.
The evening will conclude with an audience Q&A and informal networking over drinks, bringing together local creatives, supporters of independent film and anyone who has experienced loss or wishes to better understand it.
